What is your coaching / instruction philosophy?  My teaching philosophy is a student-centered, allowing her to use a vast approach of modalities to help students reach their goals.  Alison believes there isn’t one swing model to apply to every student, but each student has a swing that will fit best for them. Each student’s swing is unique to them and Alison believes customizing each lesson will benefit the student so they can accomplish their goals. Extremely well versed in video analysis, club fitting, golf fitness, and the mental side of the game, students can be assured all areas of their game will be benefited.

What methods and / or tools do you employ in your teaching?  I utilize various training aids and technology to enhance integration of learning. Swingbyte technologies allow her to assess scientifically what the club is doing throughout the swing. V1 video software and an Athlete Nation platform provides Alison the ability to analyze swings with video and then send a recap to the student following the lesson.

Who has influenced you in your teaching?
I have been influence by many people in the industry, not just by one. Being active in continuing education, reading current literature, and networking with the best teachers in the country has influenced me to diversify my teaching.
